Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  3. 1 cup cream
  4. 2 cups flour
  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 3/4 tsp soda
  7. 1 tsp vanilla
  8. 1 cup bananas, mashed (about 3)
  9. 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all together and bake in 2 individual loaf bread pans.
  2. Bake at 325 for about 45-60 minutes.
  3. Start checking for doneness with a toothpick at 45 minutes.
