Ingredients
  1. 48 Hershey's kisses
  2. 1/2 cup shortening (butter!)
  3. 3/4 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  4. 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  5. 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  6. 1 egg
  7. 2 tbsp. milk
  8. 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  9. 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  10. 1 tsp. baking soda
  11. 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees and remove the wrappers from the kisses or peanut butter cups.
  2. In a large bowl, beat shortening and peanut butter until well blended.
  3. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg, milk and vanilla and beat well.
  5. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt, gradually add to peanut butter mixture.
