Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 1/4 cut white sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 large tablespoon cocoa
FILLING
- 7 oz coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
FROSTING
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 10 large marshmallows
Instructions
- Mix the first 6 ingredients.
- Put in a 9 X 13 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350.
- Stir together the coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
- Spread on top of first layer and bake for 15 minutes.
- For frosting, mix butter, milk and sugar.
- Boil together for 2 minutes.
- Take from heat and beat in chocolate chips and marshmallows. Frost.
