Ingredients
  1. 3 cups cooked chicken or turkey (you can used canned chicken if you don't have any leftovers)
  2. 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  3. 4 oz can of mushrooms
  4. 8 oz can of water chestnuts
  5. 2/3 cup real mayonnaise
  6. 1/2 cup chopped celery
  7. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  8. 1/2 cup sour cream
  9. 8 oz can of crescent rolls (in the refrigerator section)
  10. 1/2 cup almonds
  11. 2-4 Tbsp. melted butter
  12. 2/3 cup grated swiss cheese
Instructions
  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients and cook over medium heat until hot.
  2. Pour into a 9X13 pan.
  3. Make 2 rectangles out of the crescent rolls by pinching the seams together and put over the mixture in the pan.
  4. Mix cheese, almonds and butter.
  5. Spread mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.
