This is Grandpa Ole's recipe for prime rib, we have this every Christmas.

Ingredients
- 10 lb. prime rib
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Mix together and stir until blended.
- Pour over prime rib.
- Add water if needed.
- Sprinkle onion flakes and/or parsley flakes over roast.
- Cover and bake at 275 for 2 1/2 hours.
- This will be medium rare.
- What my mother does for the people who want theres done further than medium rare is to drain the juice and put it in a large pot on the stove, slice the meat and heats it in the juice till medium or medium well.
