Grandma Joanne’s Banana Bread
This is my Grandma Joanne's recipe for banana bread.
Equipment
- 2 Loaf Pans
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Cream
- 2 Cups Flour
- .5 tsp Baking Powder
- .75 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Bananas (about 3, mashed)
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Mix all together and bake in 2 individual loaf bread pans.
- Bake at 325 for about 45-60 minutes.
- Start checking for doneness with a toothpick at 45 minutes.
